I think that if the autralian government banned the internet i would be angry and soo would be a lot of people.One reason is because the internet is an important dailyessential of the australian community. and if the internet there will be a big source of communication taken away from us.

Posted in science on March 26, 2008 by anjo13today we did more practicals; they were pretty easy. we did 2 practicals one was decomposition where we waited to see the reaction of lime water and nickel carbonate and combution in which we burned magnesium

Posted in science on March 25, 2008 by anjo13Todays lesson, we did 2 practicals, one being combustion and the other decomposition. In completing the combustion practical we had to burn magnesium which was easy but decomposition was a pretty complicated task due to the fact that there was a chance of the testtube burning which meant danger because the glass would crack and then the chemical inside will spread and might harm us. but through the whole practical i found it to be a very fun lesson

Posted in science on March 18, 2008 by anjo13Our new project is about safety in a lab and how we can increase safety awareness around a lab especially with new employees the lab. We are also required to research, plan and perform 10 chemicl reactions given to us and when we finish we are required to make a report based on our observation and experience.
I think that i am going to do better and work better through this project because i find it more interesting and my group is trying to stay ahead of what we are doing.
In todays class we did two experiments based on chemical reactions. Corrosion and precipitation experiments are currently being done and results will be recorded.

Myspace
myspace is used to meet friends to contact other people and to show pictures and some information about yourself.
myspace can be misused beacause u can take othe peoples identities, u can be stalked through the pictures u post on ur myspace, and people can experience cyber bullying through this too.
